Poor electrical design
The connectors on this product are poorly designed. They are countersunk and there is not enough screw to wrap the wire halfway around them. If the wire is simply slipped under the screw, the gap between the screw and the recessed wall allows the wire to slip out. I have installed countless sockets and have never had this problem. In the end I gave up and reinstalled the old one.
