That's perfect! For two, the big pot we have is just too big - and almost "forces" you to cook more than you really want or need. It's perfect for 2 people - and enough for leftovers. Ideal for spaghetti sauce, stews, baked apples. Easy to store - as I can take out the pot (ceramic) and put it in the fridge. All thoughts are small enough to be stored more easily than large ones. Easy settings for High, Low, Warm & Timer. For the spaghetti sauce, which was cooked for 3 hours on high and 2 hours on low (we were hungry, but that's the beauty of slow cookers - you can vary by a few hours). The left photo is before. Properly cooked. (FYI: stew, potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, spices, salt, basil; about 5 hours)
