I can't use the USB 2.0 ports on the front panel or the USB 3.0 port from a separate connector because this device is endlessly cycling and turning drives on and off. This causes the sleep and wake signals to be lost, causing devices on the entire bus (not just devices attached to the device) to become out of sync. If that's what you need, the NZXT hub might be your best option, and you can still find it at Revain. I'm just glad it didn't cost me much so I'm not tired enough to try to get it back.
