The ease of use is what I like most about this platform! It's super easy for our team (which consists mostly non technical people) to be able to understand how it works as well as input data into their workflows. There isn't much that we dislike at all so far; however there could always be more features added in order to make things easier - such as having better reporting options or allowing us to add tags/categories to content etc. Try out some free demos before committing to using this product internally with your employees.
