Review on UTM/MGRS Coordinate Scale for Military-Grade MapTools by Derek Helvie

As an active duty soldier, this is by far the best protractor I have ever used. This protractor is very accurate and does not require scraping the plastic like other protractors. I didn't have any flexibility issues like some other reviewers have suggested, so I think this issue is resolved. I had only one problem with the protractor: the white line showing the degrees of azimuth was erased during transport in the cargo hold while driving. I partly blame myself because I usually leave my protractor point by point in the book and I'm sure that full soaking helped destroy the print, but at the same time I think the ink or print fastness could be improved a bit.
