From a company made by gamers, I expected a $699 gaming case to be of high quality. However, when I took it out of the box, I immediately noticed that the inner handle is loose and makes a jarring noise every time you hold it. I also have a PS4 slim with the USB ports on the front and the USB cable that came with it was not kinked firstly and secondly it was too convenient to get to the rear USB adapter. You have already designed a game case for PS4 Slim and Pros, why not include a USB cable that fits PS4 Slim? However, they have included many other cables to connect PS4 and XBOX. Next comes the power cord, why not include a longer power cord for the monitor as well as a longer power cord for PS4 and XBOX? You know it's a portable setup, right? We can't sit on the floor next to the power cord just to play this thing. (This is also an issue with other Gaems game cases). Speaking of power cords, why not include a thin power splitter for the gaming system's power cord as well as the display's power cord? This way we can still play when only one outlet is available. Let's talk about storage space for this device. although big. It has less storage space than previous generations of gaming cases. I could get extension cords and a flimsy surge protector from old cases, but you can't use this one unless you want to damage the screen. Finally, while the screen is bright, blacks aren't deep and screen quality is mediocre at best. To be honest, for $699 I expect much higher quality than this one. If it was $499 I wouldn't complain so much. So, to summarize this case: 1. Build quality problem.2. You must include all cables for all supported settings. (They already provided some cables, but some are still missing) 3. Longer power cord for display, plus longer power cord for PS4 and XBOX. while included thin power splitter.4. Less storage compared to previous generations of Gaems.5 cases. The screen is bright, but the black screen isn't very black and the colors look dull. We may need to calibrate the screen.
