Disappointing - my new rating

I was already using the 23" Dell monitor that came with my desktop model when I bought it. I wanted a second monitor so I ordered the same one as mine but a little bigger. I am very disappointed with this monitor. When we plugged it in, the difference in image quality was SO obvious. The picture is not clear at all. It will work as a second monitor, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You get what you pay for!
