Not perfect but I like it.

I really like this funnel, but it's definitely not perfect. As for 30 bps, I have no idea how fast it's served and I don't care. I'm not interested in pro tournaments, so I don't think it matters if it's actually 30. As for the build quality, I have some concerns. The eyes on board C can be seen in the picture with a question mark. Passing paintballs actually roll down the C board before hitting the marker. If the ball breaks in the funnel filler neck, I have no doubt it will get into the electronics. The funnel lid takes some getting used to, but is a handy feature. It closes like any other hopper lid, but to open you have to push the lid forward and then up. I think this is to prevent accidental opening and leakage. Handy on woodsball fields, of course. The opposite is cool. I'm not sure how often I'll need this, but it's a nice feature just in case. Some? The top half of the pod can be taken apart without tools, and while this is a nice feature on paper, it's a nuisance in practice. The top and bottom halves must be perfectly aligned or they won't match. This is definitely NOT something you can do quickly on the field. But it's a good option as it makes regular cleaning easier. The bunker also comes with a tournament spring and to be honest I don't know why it wasn't originally fitted. Is there a reason to switch between stick and tournament springs? If a tournament spring is easier to paint, why wasn't a standard spring used? In any case, I am satisfied with this bunker overall and find it worth its price.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
