Review on 🌈 Vibrant and Ethereal: MANIC PANIC Professional Color Smoke Screen 3oz by Andrew Pierceson

I usually use Pulp Riot hair products but I tried this one because it looked such a beautiful color, unfortunately when I applied it I noticed that it faded in some areas and not in others. Gel generally leaves me with mottled paint. I followed the instructions exactly with the pre-lightened 9-10 blonde hair, but did not achieve an even coloring of my hair. I've already placed an order for my regular brand to cover up this mess. I'm not saying the product is bad, but it didn't work for me. Turnout is influenced by many factors so it might be better for someone else, use caution and be prepared if you attempt this - keep a backup plan handy.
