I have one from another manufacturer. That works great. And this model too. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Windows 10 Pro Educational. Windows 7, yes. I have contacted the seller. He did a great job researching and communicating with the manufacturer of this camera. Unfortunately, the last message I received from him was that the manufacturer of this small device would NOT make the necessary updates to the device to make it compatible with Windows 10 Pro Educational. Kind of a disappointment for him and for everyone with this operating system. But as I said. The camera works perfectly. All I have to do is remove the SD card, install it in an SD reader/writer and plug it into my Windows 10 Pro Education PC (I've got everything covered there). So. If you are NOT using the above operating system, you should be fine. But just in case, contact the seller and ask if your particular PC operating system is compatible with this item. This is the only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5.
