Review on 🪰 FBMPTA Bug Zapper Mosquito Killer: Effective Flying Insect Control for Home and Garden by Mike Hernandez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for indoor use

While I was out of town and no dishes washed or trash taken out (grrr) I've been struggling with a little fly of sorts for a month now. Immediately wash the dishes, flush and bleach the drains, and leave the trash outside for a few days until the larvae hatch and the flies return. I ended up buying it, putting it next to the kitchen sink and my problem went away. For the first few days I didn't notice much difference if at all, after a week they were under control and every small wave of new hatchlings was gone by the same day. It does exactly what I wanted, which is to complete the full life cycle. Flies are not attracted to light the way moths and mosquitoes are, they are more attracted to an attractive landing site. There's no loud popping that you might hear in larger chains meant for bigger insects. You're lucky if you hear anything. You may be able to lure the bottom of the trap with a few drops of honey. I've thought about it, but it works great on its own. My trash can is back in my house and I only have a few random flies left. After another 2 weeks their life cycle should be completely broken and I can remove them. I have a septic system and wasn't a fan of putting bleach down the drain on a daily basis and it didn't even work. Finally those pesky suckers are gone and will be gone forever!
