Really surprised how much I like it. I had a sore on my scalp from dryness, hair discoloration, desert life, and then I had stiletto nails which were nice to wash but ended up hurting my scalp. This alternative provides GOOD exfoliation that is NOT too soft. I didn't behead gently, afraid it would be too weak. It's PERFECT and I feel like my hair is much cleaner and the shampoo spreads better. Worth the price!
