I received this monitor yesterday. Looks great but is completely dead and certainly not new. Fingertips on the side of the monitor. There is no protective film from the screen and minor scratches on the bottom edge. I can take anything if I can get a picture. But there is no picture at all, literally for a few seconds the MSI sign lit up very dimly and desperately. Black screen . Tried another desktop, nothing. Connected laptop. Nothing. Fine. I'll try a few more times if I can't solve the problem, goodbye MSI forever. Paying $1,700 for a faulty monitor is unfair and MSI is to blame
