I am adjusting my review as I found them to be very professional and courteous in contacting me very quickly after I submitted my review about an item that no longer worked. They offered to send me a new one or refund my money. I have opted for a refund. It's good to know that there are some great companies that value their customers and demonstrate great customer service. Thanks very much! I bought this ball of light for my 4 year old's bedroom. About 5 months ago she got a new large baby bed and was really looking forward to a "new" bedroom. I've wanted to give her one of these for a long time, but I officially pulled the trigger after her new bed arrived. She loved this globe with light and moon! I loved this globe! I almost bought one for my bedroom! Well that was literally 2 nights ago. It suddenly wouldn't turn on anymore! I usually charge it during the day and put it in a wooden stand OUT of the charger at night and it has ALWAYS worked fine! I'm pretty sure there was or IS a cable fault. Just before it stopped working, the night before it stopped working, it started changing from one color to another from time to time. Just as he was sitting in his stand and the remote was NOT being touched at all (the remote was literally sitting next to him when he started bouncing colors). Then when I tried to change it back to a solid color it cut off completely. I ended up putting it back on for her that night but by the next night it was just dead. Luckily I just got a light diffuser to light up her room for the night when that orb really died. My daughter was very upset that she had no light. I'm glad I was able to calm her down that night with the diffuser I have. I would not recommend this glowing moon/globe. Even for 1L 8 weeks it worked fine, right...it wasn't worth the $25 or so I paid for it.
