Ideal for thin hair in winter. No rest. Light.
I've been told I have a lot of fine hair. In fact, I can't use a lot of shampoos/conditioners because they either make my hair greasy, or so thin and dry that my hair gets static, or I can't run my fingers through my own hair (what's the point of a conditioner, when I can't run my fingers through my own hair!?). I use it all year round but for me it's a great winter shampoo and in the summer I use their color protecting shampoo (and it's a little less heavy).
