Description of Oil compressor Remeza SB4/S-100.LB30A, 100 l, 2.2 kW
- All is good
- No
- Service. Maintainability. Pressure. Price tag (relatively))).
- Especially not.
- Seems to be reliable. Let's see.
- Price
- Build quality, painting, brutally clumsy-chopped, cast-iron head, rubber wheels and pillow, good pulley protection, not a short power cord, 3 passports for everything, with all checks and acceptances . . , not very hot, can be installed from two sides with a powerful air line
- At the start, it sags the network in the garage from 240v to 153v. The factory starts only completely empty, although an easy start valve (absolutely non-spontaneous) has already been installed. With a full receiver of any pressure, it does not start at all, it does not push through the check valve, I immediately turn it off. According to the declared 2.2kW, somewhere everything is 3. The starting current is 5 times higher . . The result of such performance is all at the maximum. Now the main thing is how to start? We unscrew the easy start valve from the brass tee and in its place we unscrew the brass fitting 1/4 thread with a 12mm nipple, put a 1.5m oxygen hose on the fitting, heal with a clamp, on the other end the same fitting, which must be screwed into an empty 5l acid fire extinguisher (in the fire extinguisher grinder flush with the edge of the cylinder, cut off the tap and cut the taper thread m1/4 with a tap for a 1/4 fitting and unscrew the fitting into the fire extinguisher on the fumka, put on the other end of the hose with a clamp and go ahead, the compressor works at any start and pressure. . . It didn’t help, it squanders, I don’t see the point in stabilizers either, the additional receiver helped. Help everyone . .
- Reliability and optimal price
- If maintenance is done on time, there will be no problems.
- Powerful. Reliable. The receiver is really 100l not like the Chinese.
- Large starting currents. You need circuit breakers from 63A, a stable network of 230V or a stabilizer from 12 kW and still a good network. Starting current is about 80A. The network loads significantly. Great vibration and noise. Requires a separate power outlet with copper from 2.5 squares. Do not work through an extension cord with a small cross section
- Reliability, relatively quiet operation, build quality
- Not found at all
