Okay, I know how much we ladies really need advice/suggestions on things like this, so here's my take. I was surprised how easy it was to get inside. No sucking, deep breathing, pulling or wrestling of any kind unless you have large breasts and can't see the hook hooks (mine obstructed the view but that's not this product's fault). I followed the other reviews for their suggestions and ordered a size larger than XXL but I don't think I really need it. I'm 5ft 175lbs and usually wear a 16 and should probably just order one large but that's ok. Very convenient, does not dig anywhere. My only complaint keeps this from being perfect and it's the panty area. They ride up the back (like regular panties sometimes do) and if they were a little longer (about 2-3 inches) that would be perfect. it meets my needs and I don't see any bulges anywhere. I will order a size smaller next time. Haven't gone to the bathroom with it yet but will update my review when I do. Today I am wearing it for the first time.
