I'm not used to Zagg quality

I was a ZAGG fan. This was my fifth ZAGG Rugged Book for iPad in many years. But this iPad 8th Gen model had two major flaws that forced me to return it. First of all, all the middle row buttons didn't work except for three. Second, the hinge was so tight that the iPad-facing side of the hinge popped out every time the "book" was opened, making a noise that sounded like the hinge was about to break. Two stars because I liked everything else about ZAGG Rugged Book.
