Review on 📻 RADIWOW SIHUADON R108: Full Band Portable Radio with 500 Memories, Sleep Timer, and Alarm Clock - A Grey Gift for the Family by Natalie Gregory

My 30-minute impression of the R-108. The speaker output sounds very good for a tiny radio. Good volume. FM sensitivity seems to be typical of DSP radios these days. Update: In the middle of the night I accidentally compared the R-108 to my CountyComm GP5 (aka PL365) at 6 or 8 weak AM-BCB signals. In all cases, the R108 was more audible. I suspect this is due to the superior speaker and better audio processing, including noise reduction, which was more noticeable on the GP5. My nightly scan of AM BCB with ATS found 70 stations. Maybe 10 or 12 didn't work and I easily removed a few. The removed memory essentially leaves an empty channel in the middle of the filled memory. I would prefer the R108 to automatically "squash" the memory channels, remove empty memories, or just sort the memories by frequency. (People who have a reference memory sheet wouldn't want that!) The instruction manual that comes with it looks complete and well written. Update 2: Battery life is likely to be less than 10 hours of use before requiring a charge. I wouldn't want to take it for long periods of use without a USB charger. The radio always seems to be drawing a small amount of current, so battery life is relatively short whether you're using the radio or not. All in all, a minor inconvenience in most cases.
