This is not your typical laser printer - open the shipping carton and when I saw how Kyrocera packed this printer I was amazed! He could probably make a trip to the moon and back! I have HP commercial laser printers and a Konica laser copier and it's built just like those workhorses - very durable and good looking. Once you have it ready to turn on (easy to follow instructions) it's great that you can print in monochrome and don't want to use color - I installed it on a WiFi router via a network cable but it has other inputs - nice! AirPrint works flawlessly on my iPad and iPhone - something I really like! Kyocera offers online support for this printer and the BEST TECHNICAL SUPPORT! I called to turn on the wifi and had two different technicians willing to help and they spoke English! I am very happy with this printer! Print quality is as expected - great text and no midtones in B&W, have tried color yet
