I liked how much you get for the price. I didn't wear them much, nor outside when it was very cold because it would be really cold below 20 Fahrenheit indoors. But as far as I can tell they are not that thick and are made from a single layer of material, cotton I believe. I mean they'll keep you warm, that's for sure, but I don't know how they'll hold up in very cold weather or cleaning the driveway. But mostly I wear them around the house when I just want to keep my hair out of my face, and I find that stocking caps like this are a lot more comfortable than the style of a baseball cap, especially when I'm sitting in an office chair because the bill is that one Hat hitting the top of the chair/headrest from wearing it backwards. In short, I definitely recommend them for the price, but I wouldn't count them in sub-freezing, 32 Fahrenheit, or 0 Celsius weather. I'll try to add an update once I put them on in very cold weather or drive down the driveway.
