The reviews say that the Silicon Power Armor A80 has a SAMSUNG 640GB railway, and mine has a TOSHIBA 640GB railway. I am satisfied with the purchase. I did not test it for falls and immersions in water, there is no need. Has pros: I have been using this model for less than a month, the USB 2.0 speed is at the level of 25-32 Mb / s (read / write), I have not tested USB 3.0 (there is no controller yet), but I think that it is not lower than 100 Mb / s. Looks pretty. Has some cons: The case is a bit large, but this can not even be attributed to a disadvantage :)
