Controversial coach!
I bought this machine because I felt I was missing club head speed. Of course I only wanted to reach level 3 of 6. When my partner tried, they managed to get to level 5/6 fairly easily. They also hit the ball further than me, of course, so it makes sense that I still need to practice a bit. The machine definitely forces you to focus your power in the right area. I found that sometimes I could reach level 4 just by opening my hips differently. I'm happy to see progress.
