The handle broke after first use

These organizers are of average quality. I stuffed the first bag with a set of sheets, picked it up by the two handles, and one of the handles came loose, leaving a hole in the bag. In addition, the zipper does not close smoothly and easily. It's very small and difficult to get around the corners of the bag.
