Buy another watch strap with a diameter of 20 mm.
Besides living in a hot and humid climate, I really don't know why this watch band keeps burning my skin. I don't have thin or sensitive skin and I'm not allergic to anything (not even poison ivy). If I don't wear the watch for a few days it heals fairly quickly, but after 24 hours of wearing this watch strap those red burn marks reappear. Everything else about the watch itself is good.
