great machine! I hooked it up to a 12" extension so I can use externally powered devices (aka "wall warts") for side outs. Unfortunately, it is annoying that they are present on so many devices and take up space in the socket. Another tip is to use an "Outlet Liberator" type cord which has an outlet on the back of the 12 inch cord so you can get 2 outlets with 1 cord and plug one of those oversized wall adapters into the other end .
