In general, over time everything was fine. The fixed point mounting screws used to attach the fan may be too short if you have drywall thicker than 1/2 inch or the installation is not flush. Purchasing additional screws is a small change at your local do-it center - literally 0.28 cents for 2. My biggest complaint is the threading for these screws. There is something odd that makes them all cross over when reinserted into mount points. This applies to both original screws and replacement screws. I had to carefully tighten the screws until the ends of the thread "snapped" into each other. Then I cautiously walked forward. A simple task that turned into one of the most frustrating hours of my life. The rest of the setup as a whole works incredibly well.
