These headphones and I have a tumultuous history: I tried them on twice at a famous, massive headphone store and was surprised both times that they seemed to fit perfectly (for some reason, the sellers were silent), but each time I failed to properly insert them into my ear canal; the headphones need to be inserted into the canal and, as it were, lowered / put on the lower part of the auricle (see instructions). While they do perform somewhat poorer than wired earbuds, for the price (assuming you don't pay too much at the official store) they are hard to beat. And to address your inquiry as to where they sit, I can assure you that, on the whole, they tend to jump out of their seats rather than move, press, or even notice your presence. Incredible emotion! In order to listen to music without experiencing violence to the ears from loudness, adjusted for frost, should be enough for about 4 lands them to zero, but they hold the charge well, you need only to put in your headphones, leave the music alone, and press the noise canceling button.
