Recently, I placed an order with SPOOBOOLA for some musical instruments, and I have to admit that I had a terrible time dealing with them. Finding the things I required was challenging for me because the website was illegible and challenging to browse. When I did locate the items, I was astounded to learn that they were substantially more expensive than those at other websites. I chose to buy it even though the costs were expensive because they were offering free shipping. The shipping procedure, however, was a total failure. The package took a lot longer than anticipated to arrive, and when it did, it was severely damaged. The electronics within the package was also broken, which made problems worse. I got in touch with their customer support team right away, however they were useless and refused to accept responsibility for the package's condition. I had never purchased musical instruments online before, so I was very dissatisfied with SPOOBOOLA. I feel as though I squandered my money on expensive equipment that was damaged upon delivery and for which the company's customer service department offered no assistance. I won't shop with them again, and I wouldn't suggest them to anybody else either.
