So yeah I just got this *long awaited* sold out item this morning and it's still a colossal "furry" device. First, good: it's high quality, it's sturdy, the buttons feel good. Easy to set up and change button configurations. It's basically everything you would expect from a Playstation product. Oh, and the fact that it's only $30 if you can find it makes it an attractive buy. Now for the bad: It's useless for the intended design in my opinion. There are only two buttons (which is good), but they're offset left and right, rather than down like every other paddle controller. In fact, they get in the way of the way you usually hold the controller and become uncomfortable to use. After using the Elite and some third-party Sony controllers, this is hugely disappointing. I'm currently playing Nioh 2 and it actually makes the game harder due to the way the paddles are designed. It's literally better to just use a standard DS4. Conclusion: If you need extra buttons, don't want to spend money on third-party versions and are not very demanding, I find this an alternative for the price. Anyone used to Microsoft's Elite controller or one of the many PS4 alternatives will be disappointed.
