After I installed the stroller with its own headlight and warning lights, the additional current draw of my scooter's electrical system drained the battery. I decided to upgrade the main headlight to an LED bulb, hoping that the improved energy efficiency would make up for it. The hexagonal portion of the lamp assembly that fits into the headlight housing was slightly larger than the round hole that the factory lamp fits into. , so I had to expand it a bit with a dremel. Once I put the bulb in, it worked flawlessly. I appreciate that unlike some LED retrofit options, this lamp didn't require a built in fan or a large heatsink sticking out from behind the case.
