Beautiful Balloon Garland

Depending on what you want the balloons to look like, it can be stressful (like mine). This is my first time making a balloon garland. It took me 3 hours to inflate and assemble the balloons but I was very happy with the result. So beautiful! All guests were enthusiastic and praised me.
