Came with 4 missing protective foam pads. Seller did respond but did not send the pads as pictured. They were thin and the claim was that is the universal pad. I had to further cushion the bars to be more comfortable. Also, I did not expect a shipping charge (missed it). There was another machine similar that paid shipping. That's irritating. I complained about the shipping charge and have received no answer. The machine is alright but I can't say I am happy with the part replacement. I would call this less than my usual experience with Revain.
