I don't think I've ever given a 1 star review. Thanks to the great Instagram promotion I fell in love with this wallet and had to have it. It seemed like a lot of money for what it is, but I did as much research as humanly possible and bit the bullet. back then i couldn't find anything wrong with the brand or its products. I will say it now, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The wallet started cracking after 6 months. Within a year one side has lost 80% of its coverage and looks like my 3rd photo. This company claims the best customer service and responds to all inquiries within 24 hours. They also claim a lifetime guarantee. I tried to contact the company several times due to the advertised lifetime warranty. They make a pretty convincing PROMISE to contact you within 24 hours of sending a message through their website. there was no contact from them. It went like this for a month or two. Eventually I applied to the Better Business Bureau and provided photos and screenshots of all the great things BANKR promises. I understand these are tough times but this company is not at all what it seems. After waiting a few weeks for a response from the BBB, they decided the company would not respond and closed the complaint. Now I'm stuck with a $100 purse that's good for a trash can.
