I've searched and searched for the right reservoir and finally found it! My order arrived very quickly, in fact a day earlier than expected, which made me very happy as I waited to start the new diamond painting I received for Christmas! I had a small problem with my order so I messaged the buyer and I am very happy with the customer service I received from them! They responded very quickly and were extremely polite in our email exchanges and my problem with the product will be resolved! I give this company a solid 5 stars. Your customer service is outstanding! Now what I like about this storage case. First of all I love the tic tac style containers, they are so easy to open with one hand! The bin also has removable dividers! The other container I have doesn't work and tic tac containers will always fall when you take one out unless you keep ALL the containers in that box. With this container, you don't have to worry about that! Within each separation section is a double row of small bins. You take one out and the other stays! It's so nice not to struggle with tipping containers. There are also blank labels for small containers. I like to label the top of the containers so I just cut each label in half to fit the solid part of the lid. So everything works perfectly! 2 of them are funnel shaped trays. Funnel shaped bowls make it much easier to pour diamonds into a container without having to remove the entire lid. Just turn one side up and fill it in with diamonds! I also love that you get such a wide variety of drill bits, and they come with comfy grips already attached to the tools! Yes, no more struggling to try to hold on to your drills! The storage container is very durable and closes very tightly. Don't worry about accidentally opening it when you wear it. It also has a groove-like recess on the top of the lid and on the bottom of the box. You can comfortably and securely hold the box in one hand. For example, your thumb is in the groove on the top of the lid and 4 fingers are in the groove on the bottom of the box. I have recommended this storage case to several of my friends and family and would buy again whenever I need it for my diamond painting!
