I bought this product 4 years ago and have used it every day since (about 250 days a year). He accompanied me on my daily commute, either living in the cup holder in my car (in the winter) or riding on my motorcycle trunk the other 9 months of the year. It's still going strong. I've dropped it a few times and it has a few dents, but it didn't affect performance. One thing I did was re-tap the rubber on the bottom. I really like the lid closure and the non-directional nature of the top. The top also comes apart easily for cleaning, a plus. When closed, nothing leaks out, even when lying down, apart from a few drops that could get over the seal. If I had to replace this mug I would almost certainly replace it with the same product.
