These blades arrived quickly packaged in good condition. Opening them up, I noticed that the new shields didn't have the plastic blade guides that the original shields had. When I installed the new blades and tried to shave with them, I immediately noticed that they didn't shave as well as my old blades that I've been using for 4 years (I know the packaging says I use them every year should change). I became more and more addicted and it took me at least 4 times longer to shave my face with these new blades and even after all this time I have more noticeable stubble than before. I figured I should spend $40 and get a genuine Phillips/Norelco replacement instead of fake ones, but it didn't pay off this time. I wish I knew how to replace the real blades on my razor, they worked great but I think this is how Phillips/Norelco gets you to buy a new razor. Too bad my next one won't be Phillips/Norelco.
