Review on 🌙 EnerPlex Shredded Memory Foam Pillow - 1 Pack Queen Size, Cooling Viscose Cover Derived from Bamboo - Adjustable Bed Pillows for Stomach & Side Sleepers by Samantha Sanchez

I wanted to do a real unboxing review as I've had a few 'magic pillows' and a few good ones but I've never found the 'one' so maybe that's it time will tell. My review of this puppy - opening the box: the box is very nice (which I think speaks for the quality of the company's products), when opening it there was a nice warranty card/instruction manual. He also has a support email/phone number for any issues and they offered to call in case of problems which makes a huge difference as most items I buy from Revain come in standard brown packaging and some don't contain instructions or company information. (doubtful in my opinion). The instructions for use are simple and precise. They suggest putting it in a dryer on low heat for about 10 minutes to fluff it up. The photos show how flat it is opened and what it looks like after ten minutes in the dryer. What I really appreciate is that they also send you an extra bag FULL of extra foam and include a very good holdall, the pillow can also be taken anywhere (nice bonus). They weren't kidding when they said that most foam is an absurd amount of foam that you can take out or add to your desired level of comfort as the pillow can be opened up and adjusted to your liking. I'm guessing it's vacuum sealed for faster and less shipping and there was a slight odor for about 2 hours but nothing bad and then it completely dissipated in about a day. Every product I've ever bought vacuum packed had a slight odor so it wasn't a problem for me. Drying: I put it in the dryer for 10 minutes as suggested and then it fluffed up as you see in the picture. The pillow is by far the softest material I have ever felt, it is truly amazing. Using the pillow: I sleep on my back when I go to bed and then switch to my side when I fall asleep. What I LOVE is that I can shape two sides of the pillow, one for sleeping on my back and one for my side of the same pillow! (I bought two king sizes) I'm not sure you could do it with a standard size, but you could probably do it with a king size. it goes to his head and he raves about it. I would love to only sleep on my back, but the fact that I sleep on my back and side is a huge win for me. Pros: Being able to adjust to my comfort level, being able to take out the foam or add foam to my liking, and the fact that I can roll it up and take it on vacation or anywhere. You can also wash the pillowcase and the entire pillow, it is recommended to wash the cover and pillow separately. To be honest when you feel the pillow it is so soft it screams quality. They also sent helpful messages with warranty card and company contact information after my purchase. Cons: I honestly don't have any right now. I really hope it will stand the test of time. As long as we LOVE it. I will update my rating if anything changes, but until the rating changes consider us happy customers!
