I put one of the bracelets on for about four hours and my wrist started itching so I removed it off my wrist just to see it had turned my whole wrist green. This product is not worth it. My wrist stayed green for two days
- I bought this for my mother in law, she feel a little better from her arthritis pain
- May require prolonged use to notice any benefits
