Cheap flimsy product with no communication with seller.

So. Let me tell you about my 2 month journey with this product. To be honest the Titan One did exactly what I expected. Allow me to run single keystroke combinations or macros on the console platform. Specifically Xbox One. It didn't stop there. I transferred the controller to a PC and used my software profile from Titan One there and it worked without any issues. If you're on the fence about getting one, I'd say go ahead and buy it. Just not from this manufacturer. Or better yet, get a Titan 2. So initially this product, a USB flash drive, worked fine! I opened the suitcase and immediately felt how cheap the suitcase is. It comes with an area with such products, so it didn't bother me too much at first. Then the first problem appeared. I pulled out the USB and the "shoe" of pins, the silver part of most of the USB which is on the far left of the picture stays in the Xbox exposing the actual pins, the little pins on top of this object the one on the right, and the broken little piece you see in the picture. And no. I didn't just plug the USB into the Xbox. If you do decide to buy the Titan One, you'll find that its design means it fits the port fairly loosely. A bad mistake, to be sure. As a technician, I was frustrated but still knew it wasn't a real problem. I put the "shoe" back on the pins and positioned my Xbox so my desk would support the USB drive. A few weeks everything was fine. Then my son pulled it out again. It's kind of up to me, but mind you, the USB stick is secured in the car with a "shoe" so basically my USB stick was just lying next to the car and the pins in the car and the USB were touching. This time I inspected the pins and found that 1) the ground solder was missing to hold the pad and 2) the leftmost pin was loose. In that moment I knew it was only a matter of time before it broke. You'll need to connect your controller via USB unless you're using a workaround, which I didn't even want to consider at this point. And since it's not secured in the car by the "shoe" at all, no matter what you do, it will eventually fall out of the car. Every time the cord swings, it means it's falling out. Needless to say, I played the "fix game" until finally losing contact. So I contacted the seller. I contacted the seller before the holidays hoping to hear from them. No Answer. I waited about a week after the holidays. No Answer. At this point I felt the need for a review. I didn't even ask for a refund, I would have preferred an exchange or replacement. TLDR: The quality of the case leaves a lot to be desired. If you are not very careful it will break. You can get around this by using tape, some rubber bands, or anything else to secure the case. If it breaks, you can rest assured that THIS supplier will NOT answer your questions. Although, to be perfectly honest, if you're considering the Titan One, I recommend the Titan Two. It costs about $40 more and it fixes EVERY PROBLEM I mentioned. Overall the best product. I will fix this and sell it on eBay to make amends. Of course it will be more stable than it was originally.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Good but not great
