I was hoping to use it for foiling more intricate details as smooth glossy paper works better than regular tracing paper. Printer: Brother HL-2395DW (B0764NWFP8) Toner: v4ink TN 760 (B00NOFNSVG) Laminator: Scotch TL901X (B0010JEJPC) Foil: Deco Foil Transfer Sheets (B06WVH49ZN) project onto this paper. I made about 10 different test prints by changing the settings in Brother print settings like paper thickness (media type), DPI, density adjustment and toner fixation improvement. Nothing seems to get the toner right, light always comes out and that's why the deco foil doesn't stick properly. When I print the exact same image on regular carbon paper, the toner is dark and even and the foil works fine. I use a third party toner cartridge, but with the same toner I've had no problems printing and foiling on Avery's glossy label (B005IMAKYG).
