Excellent customer service and excellent support

The speed in which they respond is amazing! They are always available for us when we need them most - during our peak hours or off work days (which can be hard sometimes). I don't have any dislikes about this software at all so far as it's been used by my team since day 1 :) We've seen an increase from 3% open rate before using their product up around 15%. It has allowed me take some time away without worrying that someone will send out important emails with bad information attached. This also allows people who aren’t familiar yet still want access into being able see what others do while working remotely but not having direct contact/conversation wth those employees directly helps too!! Our customers love how easy everything works together now instead of emailing everyone individually each morning & waiting until after office closes just because you weren't sure if your colleague was going home early today vs staying late tonight etc.. Just make use of.
