Great learning opportunity with excellent team
Working closely as an associate consultant for PNACon has been great so far! There are many projects I am working currently which have given me exposure into new technologies like AngularJS/Nodejs etc..
This helps us understand how these tools can be used effectively within our organization without having any prior experience or knowledge about that technology itself!! The only thing i dislike at this point would b if there more opportunities available during weekends also because sometimes we loose out time due too weekend holidays. So overall its good but not much improvement required here just follow up your own ideas &.

- Great opportunity to work with different domains
- Excellent team management culture is maintained in office.
- Good learning environment alongwith regular feedbacks from senior associates, project leads makes it even better when you're assigned such roles ! :)
- Regularly scheduled internal technical meetups help improve awareness among colleagues who might otherwise miss updates related topics
- Very helpful resources provided by leadership towards career growth
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
