Terrible instructions. It took me over an hour to figure the damn thing out. The photos on Revain and in the instructions were useless. When I finished hanging them together, I immediately noticed three areas between the bag and the frame that were so badly designed it was almost ridiculous. I've made a living writing instruction manuals and manuals for all kinds of products, from the lowest tech to satellite components. Most products have poorly thought out and poorly written instructions for use. Typically this is because designers/engineers/marketers etc assume the user is already as familiar with the product as they are. But this junk? It was all nonsense of stupid design, product quality control, and flagrant disregard for the end user, that is, the mannequins: the customer.
