I like that it has an app where you can do all your inventory tracking in one place! It is very detailed so if there are any discrepancies with invoices or shipping information they will be caught right away to ensure accuracy between orders/invoicing etc.- Very accurate time keeping when using this software as well (very important)! Nothing really dislike about them but would love more features such as better sorting options within reports - Maybe something similar could have been implemented? Have not had much problems thus far since implementing into our system however we did run across some issues at first which was resolved quickly by support team who were quite helpful!! We use Idea primarily because its great customer service department makes sure things go smoothly once everything goes live from their end. The most helpful feature is the ability to create a custom report. It is very easy to use and provides a great overview of the data. I dislike that the report is not saved. I have to create a new report each time I run the program. This can be a problem if I need to run the report multiple times. I use this program to help track inventory and to create a report that shows the status of my inventory.
