Bad rolling mechanism, maybe broken

These shoes were of poor quality and my 10 year old daughter was very disappointed. The fit was fine but the wheels didn't roll and when we put the wheels in so my daughter could just wear the shoes as a normal pair of shoes she found the bump very uncomfortable. The shoes changed her gait and she had to tiptoe to avoid being hit by a wheel. This shoe was meant to be a novelty and while we enjoyed their theory, the execution failed. We immediately sent the shoes back because I didn't want her to wear shoes that altered her gait. Thank you for the no-hassle return policy, Revain!

Pros

LED: Switch on the inside of the shoe, when you open the switch and walk on the street, the shoe will light up automatically. You can lift and hide the pad with a button on the heel. So you can use roller skates as well as normal sports shoes.
