Reliable construction, fairly simple structure and quick response to switching devices. I had a few issues that caused the product to be a "no" for me, but I suspect others will not have this issue or be able to overcome what I could not. 1. The video signal was slightly warmer. The red tones really stood out and ended up being a distraction. I'm sure I could adjust the settings on each device.2. I use a Logitech G604 mouse. Not all features seemed to work, especially the mouse speed (DPI) control buttons. Not sure if KVM removed the prompt or if the Logitech software couldn't detect which mouse was being used.3. Random video drop. I am using an Alienware AW3418DW monitor. Sometimes the video would turn off and then turn on again. Template could not be determined.4. If both connected devices have gone to sleep, so will the monitor. Unfortunately, even after waking up both devices, the monitor did not wake up. I had to turn off the monitor.
