Some beads have black spots. Although the shape is beautiful. I wanted stars with pointed ends, not rounded ones. These are beautiful and prickly. I will be painting most of these bronze and gold ones for the project. hope this works The holes are a bit big for my needs. **EDIT/UPDATED** I was able to color the beads! I used metallic acrylic paint. The first layer laid down in a thin layer and the second and third laid down as expected for full coverage. Bobby pins the word great to hold the bead.
