It's Life Changing. In the office where I work, the light kills my eyes, it's even worse because I suffer from migraines. I've heard about blue light goggles and several people have recommended them, but I really didn't believe in all of this until I tried them. After a day in the office with those horrible lights and staring at a computer screen all day, my eyes felt tired and sore. My neck would also hurt a lot at the base of my skull. With these glasses you can end the day quickly. AMAZING difference. My eyes weren't as tired anymore, my neck hurt a lot less and there were no more mild buzzing headaches! The light in the office is still annoying, but my eyes don't hurt anymore. If you suffer from migraines I highly recommend them. The added benefit of these glasses is that they cover my entire field of vision, which was very important to me due to my migraines. I might look a bit ridiculous since they are amber but they are worth it to me.
