UPDATE The seller noticed my review (which can be found below in its original form) and contacted me offering a full refund in exchange for removing my negative review. I asked if simply filling out their reviews would help, or if it would really inspire some accountability in manufacturing standards. Sure they gave me the standard line about sharing comments and looking at things in vague terms that don't really mean much, but they refunded the money anyway. I support the comments I made about the quality of the product I received, but I'm not sure if I should add or remove a star to find negative ratings and pay reviewers effectively. I'd rather have a good product than a refund but that doesn't seem like an option. If they were confident in the quality of their product, they would offer an exchange rather than a refund. (A company afraid of repeating its poor performance is unlikely to take the risk of an exchange; refunds are reliable.) As a frequent online shopper, I could be cynical, though. Maybe they will solve the problems I listed. Who knows? Until then I remain vigilant. PREVIOUS INSPECTION Upon receiving the product, it was immediately apparent that it was of such poor quality that it would be fair to characterize it as "defective". Many of the bags were noticeably different sizes. While some were dented (which was unfortunate) but looked awful because of it, it was clear from the flat pockets that the sides of many pockets had not been cut and/or sewn in straight lines. Although the price was relatively low, the company still needs to deliver a decent quality product to fulfill their end of the bargain. This product was deeply disappointing and I strongly recommend purchasing it.
